Op kweekgebied weinig te melden. Samen met Michael in februari naar de grote vogelmarkt in Zwolle geweest. Het viel ons op dat er weinig tropische vogels te koop waren. Wel heb ik een mooi Cubavink mannetje (2005) gekocht.
Ad heeft 2 weken geleden 2 Kortstaart Papegaai Amadines opgehaald, hij is er ontzettend blij mee. Van hem kreeg ik een Rooddruppel Astrilde (zie foto), nu ben ik op zoek naar een mooi popje.

Gisteren zag ik voor het eerst mijn Roodstaart Minla man baltsen tegen de vrouw. Met zijn vleugels wijd ging hij prachtig dansen. Vanaf volgende maand ga ik weer beginnen met de kweek. Dus weer nestkastjes ophangen en materialen in zowel het binnen als buitenhok plaatsen. Hopelijk wordt het snel wat warmer.
